Terms of service
Draft · last updated 18 October 2026
The service
MostStack is an app for Shopify that reads supplier files you connect and updates the inventory and products of your Shopify store according to rules you set. You install and use it through your Shopify admin under Shopify's own terms as well as these.
Your responsibility for your data
The app does what your sources and rules tell it to. You are responsible for the supplier files you connect, the column mapping and rules you set, and for checking a sync's preview before switching it to live. Safety checks are there to catch common problems, but they cannot catch every bad file. Keep your own backups of product and inventory data.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly through Shopify's billing and show up on your Shopify invoice. Trials, if offered, start at install. You can change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin; cancelling stops future charges and uninstalling the app cancels the plan.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to access data you are not entitled to, to overload Shopify's or a supplier's systems, or in breach of Shopify's terms. We may pause a workspace that does so.
Availability and support
We aim for the app to run continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled imports that fail are retried automatically. Support is by email at support@moststack.com.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses, including those caused by incorrect stock figures.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a breach of these terms. Data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
